It's time.

Yura's put off this day long enough. But only because she wanted to perfect certain aspects of her new powers. If she was going to talk to her cousins, gloat, smile as their hearts broke, she needed to protect herself. The Jungs have always been annoyingly hot-headed and over protective. Especially her younger cousin, Soo-Yun.

After practicing with Lee  (he's such a peach, really), Yura finally feels like she can protect herself from her cousins. She dresses up in a pretty sundress, perfect for summer. Her hair is curled perfectly. She looks innocent and beautiful as she leaves her condo and steps out into the Saturday morning sun. Damn, she'd rather be sunbathing right now, but this is more important. She all but struts through town, noticing every double-take and person that quickly moves out of her way. They may not know her, but Yura gives off the aura of someone extremely important. Someone who shouldn't be touched or looked at directly.

She arrives at the gate to the cottage ten minutes later, rolling her eyes as she takes in the...quaintness of it. So very Jung, she thinks. Just because you are poor doesn't mean you have to look it. Yura made a living out of lying about her wealth and she's disgusted her cousins can't even pretend they have a nickel to their name. She carefully steps along the path to the front door, cursing when one of her Louis Vuitton heels splashes into a puddle. Still, she composes herself. Nothing's going to ruin this day for her.

Yura plasters on a pretty smile and knocks on the door.

She sticks her tongue out as there's a knock at the door. Riley shoos Val back into her room before she glances to see who it is. She opens the door, letting Grant into the house. "She's loopy. Please don't let her jump off anything. I'm going out."

"Soo-Yun, behave! And call me if you need anything!" She gives Grant a "good luck with her" smile and heads out.

Val pokes her head around the corner, a blindingly bright smile on her face. "Graaaant! Come heeere! Come see my room!"

His eyebrows raise when Riley quickly leaves and raise even more at the smile on her face. "Yup, definitely high," he mutters, walking into the house and following Val. "I brought chocolate."

She drags him into her room with the uncast'd hand, letting go and flopping onto her bed. "What kind?" she grins. "Is it good? Because my hand really hurts."

"Only the best kind." He tosses a bag onto the bed beside her. "Caramel filled. Cures all pain caused by broken hands, promise."

She grabs one out of the bag, popping it into her mouth with a contented groan. "Best. Chocolate. Ever. You're the best. Best. Not even just cause you're pretty, okay."

"But also because I'm pretty, right?" He plops down on the edge of her bed. Heck of a lotta plants around here....

"Exactly," she smiles, flopping across his lap and batting her eyelashes at him. "Your freckles are soooo pretty. And your eyyyes."

"Are they now?" he smiles because she is soooo going to regret this all when she sobers up.

"They arrre!" she coos, reaching up and booping his nose. "You know what?"

He wrinkles his nose with her touch. "What?"

"You should kiss me!" she giggles, booping his nose again playfully.

Grant kisses her forehead. "Done!"

She squirms slightly, giggling. "Yah! You missed, dummy!"

"You didn't say where."

[bewitchinghaze]

"My lips, duh. Am I not your... kissy friend thing or what?" she snips, sticking her tongue out at him.

Grant raises his eyebrows. "Wow, that's a mouthful."

"Well I don't know!" she huffs, throwing her arms up over her head. "What else do you call it'?"

"I don't know!" he says defensively. "I don't know anything anymore!"

"Hey!! You're not the drugged up one here, mister!" she grumps, glaring up at him. "I am the only one who doesn't know things right now! So are you my kissy friend or not?"

"Yes, I'm your kissy friend, you weirdo."

"So gimme a kiss. Pee ess, you're the weirdo here. Don't try to deny it."

[grantmiddleton]

"You're definitely a weirdo right now. Actually, all the time." He grins and kisses her lightly.

"Wow, no! Rude!" she huffs, giving him a kiss back. "I am perfectly normal. Normal as hell."
